When you join us, you become part of a supportive, innovative and ambitious company.We're seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Team lead to take full ownership of our hiring strategy, processes, and execution - with the chance to shape how we attract top talent in a fast-evolving financial tech environment.What you'll be doing:

Build and lead the entire recruitment function from the ground up - define processes, tools, and KPIs.
Manage end-to-end hiring for complex, high-impact roles - working closely with senior leadership.
Partner with the VP of HR, HRBP`s, and hiring leaders to understand needs and drive solutions.
Lead sourcing, screening, assessments, and offer processes.
Work with external partners, recruitment platforms, and social media.
Build our employer brand - lead creative campaigns and talent marketing initiatives.
Recruit, onboard, and mentor a future Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Position: Full-time with hybrid/flexible work optionsReports to: IBI`s Talent Acquisition Team Lead (Matrix reporting to Nextage VP HR)What we're looking for:

Academic background in Social Sciences or a related field - required
3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including active sourcing - required
(Bonus points for financial or Big 4 hiring experience!)
Experience building or leading a recruitment function - required
Experience managing a team - required
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills - required
Experience with Adam ATS - a strong advantage
