**We are looking for a Senior and Experienced HRBP who is passionate about people and business and about how to help people achieve business goals, to join our phenomenal team in TLV.This specific Business Partner will support the CTO and his team.WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

Be the go-to person for the CTO and the CTO's executives
Be the face of HR, facilitating frameworks and strategy.
Build strong relationships and act as the HR point of contact to support employees throughout the employment lifecycle.
Implement HR policies and strategies that optimize growth.
Drive performance optimization and assist with people management.
Work closely with managers and employees to promote work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in HRBP roles in Tech companies, working in a fast-paced/startup environment.
Experience in a public company.
Global Experience, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
High attention to detail and multitasking skills.
A Can-do attitude and result-oriented.
Excellent English communication skills.
B.A in Behavioral Studies, or similar.
