- Be the go-to person for the CTO and the CTO's executives
- Be the face of HR, facilitating frameworks and strategy.
- Build strong relationships and act as the HR point of contact to support employees throughout the employment lifecycle.
- Implement HR policies and strategies that optimize growth.
- Drive performance optimization and assist with people management.
- Work closely with managers and employees to promote work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- 10+ years of experience in HRBP roles in Tech companies, working in a fast-paced/startup environment.
- Experience in a public company.
- Global Experience, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- High attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- A Can-do attitude and result-oriented.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- B.A in Behavioral Studies, or similar.
