- Higher education or relevant experience of 2+ years in reception or administrative roles, preferably in a professional services, multi-national, and/or hospitality environment
- Proficiency and effective communication skills (written and verbal) in Hebrew and English
- Proven ability to manage relationships with colleagues and visitors, maintaining a highly professional demeanor both in person and on the phone
- Attention to detail with a customer-service mindset and a commitment to creating a welcoming office atmosphere
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively, addressing visitor, colleague, and/or vendor needs efficiently
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with flexibility and adaptability to work with various office functions
- Familiarity with computer systems and office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Outlook)
- Experience with event planning is a plus, with flexibility to occasionally work overtime, particularly for events
- Ability to work on-site every day, ensuring a hands-on approach
- Ability to handle transportation of materials or objects, when required
