At Noma Security, we're redefining how organizations secure their data in the age of AI.As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be on the frontlines of Noma's growth, helping us scale the team across multiple functions and geographies. This is a hands-on recruiting role where you'll own full-cycle hiring, from crafting job descriptions to closing exceptional talent.You'll partner closely with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure candidates have a seamless and high-touch experience. Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and build tailored recruitment strategies.
Own and drive full-cycle hiring for roles across R&D, GTM, and G&A.
Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates through creative outreach and network-driven strategies.
Deliver exceptional candidate experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects Noma's values.
Analyze recruiting metrics to optimize funnels and drive improvements.
Act as a brand ambassador and help shape Noma's employer branding initiatives.
Contribute to broader People Success initiatives and help build a world-class recruiting engine.

✅ What you bring

3-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in high-growth tech environments (ideally SaaS or cybersecurity).
Proven track record of independently owning and closing roles across multiple departments.
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills across LinkedIn, social platforms, and ATS tools.
Deep understanding of the Israeli tech talent market.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, and manage competing priorities.
A team player who collaborates naturally and builds strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

🎯 Nice to Haves

Experience in a fast-scaling startup environment.
Familiarity with Comeet (Recruit) or similar ATS.
Passion for employer branding, candidate experience, and DE&I initiatives.
