- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and build tailored recruitment strategies.
- Own and drive full-cycle hiring for roles across R&D, GTM, and G&A.
- Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates through creative outreach and network-driven strategies.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects Noma's values.
- Analyze recruiting metrics to optimize funnels and drive improvements.
- Act as a brand ambassador and help shape Noma's employer branding initiatives.
- Contribute to broader People Success initiatives and help build a world-class recruiting engine.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in high-growth tech environments (ideally SaaS or cybersecurity).
- Proven track record of independently owning and closing roles across multiple departments.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills across LinkedIn, social platforms, and ATS tools.
- Deep understanding of the Israeli tech talent market.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, and manage competing priorities.
- A team player who collaborates naturally and builds strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in a fast-scaling startup environment.
- Familiarity with Comeet (Recruit) or similar ATS.
- Passion for employer branding, candidate experience, and DE&I initiatives.
