- Lead implementation for new customers from kickoff to go-live
- Build customer-specific success plans based on business goals and workflows
- Run training and onboarding sessions for customer teams
- Monitor adoption, track health, and flag risks early
- Design and refine LLM prompts, blocks, and topic flows for each customer
- Work directly inside the Quack Brain to test, QA, and fine-tune behavior
- Use conversation data to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on automation opportunities
- Identify and pitch expansion opportunities (new channels, use cases, seats)
- Package customer success into scalable playbooks and documentation
- Turn real-world usage into customer stories, feedback loops, and insights
- 2-4 years in Customer Success, Support Ops, or a client-facing SaaS role
- Proven ability to manage onboarding and drive value for enterprise accounts
- Sharp attention to detail with a knack for structured writing and QA
- Strong communication skills-especially with execs and cross-functional teams
- Comfort working with AI tools, prompt chains, or automation platforms
- Experience writing or refining AI prompts
- Familiarity with tools like Intercom, Zendesk, Notion, HubSpot, and Slack
- Background in customer support, AI/LLM products, or B2B SaaS
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with tight turnarounds
