- Serve as the first point of contact at the office - greeting guests, candidates, and employees with warmth and professionalism
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area at all times
- Oversee kitchen and office inventory: monitor stock levels and collaborate closely with the Office Manager to ensure smooth replenishment and availability
- Oversee food deliveries, cleaning services, and general office upkeep
- Support logistics for employee-facing events and day-to-day office needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a fun, efficient, and well-run workspace
- Juggle multiple tasks simultaneously with a positive, can-do mindset
- Background in office operations, administration, hospitality, or customer service roles
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both Hebrew and English
- Strong multitasking abilities, time management, and organizational skills
- A service mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to proactively identify and solve problems
- Passion for employee care and proactive problem-solving
- High level of ownership, independence, and a positive “can-do” attitude
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced and people-focused environment
- Full-time availability for on-site presence at our Tel Aviv office (this is not a hybrid position)
