- Be responsible for office management and provide admin support to the company employees.
- Responsible for office maintenance, logistics, and supplies -Kitchen, IT, and office equipment.
- Operate all welfare activities such as happy hours, events, etc...
- Employee Welfare - Build and manage programs that will ensure team members feel valued. This includes everything from HR policies to employee onboarding, periodic reviews, and overall employee development.
- Advising and supporting the hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Managing a full, wide end-to-end recruitment & onboarding process from new position kick-off to sourcing, phone interviews, process management, evaluation, negotiation, and signing.
- Lead full cycle recruiting process for multiple, complex openings from sourcing through to offer negotiations to our global offices.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (e.g., office manager, office administrator, logistics coordinator).
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask with quickly changing hiring and HR requirements.
- Experience recruiting marketing, tech, product, and design
- High English proficiency
- Strong interpersonal skills and extensive experience conducting interviews
- Recruiting experience sourcing/closing/negotiating candidates
