IT Care Center - (That's IT) is an end-to-end ITSM and ESM solution provider, offering a comprehensive suite of IT service management tools. The platform is ITIL-certified and easily configurable to meet your business goals and IT management functions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Specialist at IT Care Center - (That's IT). The role will be primarily located in Kfar Saba, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to address and resolve customer issues.Qualifications

Customer Support and Technical Support skills
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Analytical Skills for problem-solving
Experience in maintaining high Customer Satisfaction levels
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Knowledge of IT service management principles is a plus
Experience in the IT industry is a plus
Experience in #OracleDatabase is a plus.
English Proficiency: Good English
