- Own the inbox: manage incoming tickets in our support system (Zendesk/Freshdesk or similar).
- Be the human touch: give fast, professional help to customers.
- Spot & escalate issues: log bugs and coordinate with our tech and music teams.
- Keep knowledge fresh: update FAQs and suggest workflow improvements so the next ticket is even easier.
- Spread good vibes: we make heartfelt music-positivity is part of the job! 🎵
- 1+ year of online customer-support experience with a ticketing platform.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Tech-savvy attitude and the curiosity to master new tools quickly.
- Empathy, patience, and crystal-clear communication skills.
- Residence in/near Kfar Saba.
- Availability for Full-time
