- Managing the company's customers.
- Identifying and capitalizing on upsell opportunities by managing customer's account status and ensuring they purchase the most beneficial products and services for their business needs and financial goals.
- Consistently achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets, striving for high retention.
- Analyzing customer usage data using self developed tools for improving customer performance and ensuring their success.
- Understanding client requirements then educating and advising them accordingly for best platform usage practices.

- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date know-how in the fields of ASO, marketing related technologies and industry news.
- 2+ years of experience in revenue-generating and customer-facing executive positions for SaaS companies.
- Extensive experience in B2B sales management.
- Technical selling capabilities.
- Experience in working with organizations: maintaining connections with managers and C level employees.
- Ambitioned, passionate high achiever with strong drive and hunger for sales.
- Superb communication and presentation skills.
- A true hunter with a curious mind, problem-solving, resourceful, well-organized, team player and critical thinker.
- Fluent professional English - writing and speaking.
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot).
- Experience in both pre-sale and post-sale.
