Role OverviewAs a leader of our onboarding team, you will help lead a team focussed on courier onboarding for the Israeli market.You will be an integral part of the business, as you work closely with multiple teams to ensure continuous growth at JET. This high-performance position is the foundation of success for our network.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide coaching, mentorship, and supervision to team members, ensuring they are supported, developing, and accountable for results while improving the employee and candidate experience.Manage performance through regular monitoring, timely feedback, and support, including huddles, weekly 1:1s, and proper documentation in Workday (e.g., PIPs).Address day-to-day operational and onboarding challenges in a fast-paced environment, motivating team members to grow via development plans and feedback. Ensure agents have the right tools (TD, ZD, LiveOps, JIRA) and use them effectively.Collaborate with Training to build and deliver programs that set people up for success, ensure compliance with market-specific laws/regulations, and provide escalation support on applicant inquiries.Monitor and exceed KPIs across Quality, Attendance, Productivity (90%+), Conversion, DTF, Retention, and Tenure. Communicate results and action plans clearly with leadership.Drive performance and operational excellence through data-driven analysis, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration (Product, Tech, Marketing, Training, WFM, etc.).
