Mentor and empower tech leads, fostering professional growth and cultivating a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Build, alongside group leadership, a comprehensive technical roadmap that aligns with business objectives and product vision.
Collaborate with the R&D technical leadership team to define development processes, shape product direction, and drive impactful growth initiatives.
Evolve the platform’s architecture and engineering to handle increasing scale, complexity, and data needs, while maintaining exceptional user experiences.
Leverage data-driven experimentation (e.g., A/B testing, personalization) to inform decision-making and optimize the platform for growth.

Requirements:

Proven experience building large-scale, user-facing web products.
Leadership experience as an architect or technical leader managing multi-team areas.
Strong technical skills and a passion for crafting products that users love and rely on daily.
A deep understanding of product and user needs, with a focus on delivering exceptional software experiences.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset and empathy for others.
A commitment to quality and simplicity in design and implementation.
Experience in full-stack development with a track record of delivering impactful technical solutions (e.g., A/B testing, personalization, performance optimization).
Passion for building and scaling systems that support rapid experimentation and growth.
