• Partnering with hiring managers in Israel to shape and execute recruiting strategies for R&D and Product roles
• Using your strong network in the Israeli tech ecosystem to bring in top-tier talent, maintaining a high bar of quality
• Managing full-cycle hiring - sourcing, engaging, interviewing, and closing
• We'd love to hear about a program or process you built using AI - how it worked, why you built it, the tooling, and what you learned
• Running a best-in-class, human-centered candidate experience
• Collaborating with the global People team on projects that improve how we work
• Bonus: If you've got experience hiring globally - especially in the U.S. - that's a huge advantage

• 5+ years of experience in tech recruiting, with a strong track record in the Israeli R&D/Product market, hiring for SAAS B2B companies
• Experience using AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows, whether it's for sourcing, outreach, process automation, branding and insights
• An active network of high-quality candidates and trusted industry relationships
• A hands-on, resourceful approach - you're not afraid to dive in and get things done.
• Strong communicator and natural partner to hiring managers
• Smart, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, global startup
• Passionate about people, process, and impact
• Experience in working with greenhouse ATS
