- Onboard new customers and guide them through initial setup
- Support existing accounts with proactive check-ins and performance insights
- Solve customer issues (directly or by coordinating with support/product)
- Build strong relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Spot expansion opportunities and help turn satisfied users into power users
- Share patterns, pain points, and requests with the broader team
- Fluent English with clear written and verbal communication
- Based in Tel Aviv (hybrid work model)
- Available for at least 3 evenings/week during US Pacific Time
- Strong communicator who builds rapport and trust quickly
- Experience in onboarding, account management, or success roles preferred
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
