- Lead the development and contribute to the hands-on execution of comprehensive PPC strategies across a diverse range of platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, and display networks.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of PPC specialists, providing guidance on daily optimization, continuous A/B testing, and career growth.
- Oversee the end-to-end performance of all paid campaigns, ensuring they meet or exceed KPIs for ROI, CAC, and lead/conversion targets.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends and uncovering insights to drive team-wide strategy and improve efficiency and scale.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and video assets, leading the team in iterative creative testing.
- Manage significant advertising budgets effectively, delegating tasks and ensuring optimal allocation across channels and campaigns to meet team and company goals.
- Prepare and present performance reports to marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, communicating key insights and strategic recommendations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, competitor strategies, and best practices, acting as a thought leader for the team.
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a team lead or management position, preferably within a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Proven experience in managing, mentoring, and developing a team of marketing professionals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to set strategic direction, delegate tasks, and motivate a team.
- Expert-level analytical skills: Proficient in data analysis, comfortable with complex datasets, and a proven ability to derive actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Expert-level proficiency with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms and solid experience with at least 1-2 additional major advertising platforms beyond Google/Meta (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to set strategic direction, delegate tasks, and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, lead scoring, and customer lifecycle metrics.
