תיאור המשרה:We are looking for an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Experience team. In this role, you will work closely with our business clients to ensure successful onboarding, effective product adoption, and long-term satisfaction with our SaaS platform. You will build strong, trust-based relationships, support day-to-day client needs, identify growth opportunities, and help drive product value across their organization.דרישות המשרה:

Proven experience in a similar customer-facing role - mandatory
Familiarity with SaaS products - a strong advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead client relationships
Full professional proficiency in English - both written and spoken
Strong technical orientation and a fast learner
