We are looking for a FinOps & Customer Success Specialist to join our team at CloudHiro. This full-time hybrid position is based in Tel Aviv-Yafo, with flexibility for remote work.You will play a key role in helping customers get the most value from our platform - from onboarding to continuous optimization. You'll work closely with our Product and R&D teams to deliver a seamless and impactful customer experience.Responsibilities include:

Managing customer relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction
Conducting account reviews and identifying cost-saving opportunities
Customizing FinOps strategies tailored to each customer's cloud environment
Addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely, professional manner
Collaborating with internal teams to enhance product functionality
Acting as a trusted advisor on cloud financial optimization

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience in FinOps - required
Background in economics; a degree in economics is a strong plus
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Customer Service
Comfortable working with cloud billing data and cost analysis
Knowledge of AWS and/or Azure - a significant advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a team-oriented mindset
