- Managing customer relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction
- Conducting account reviews and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Customizing FinOps strategies tailored to each customer's cloud environment
- Addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely, professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance product functionality
- Acting as a trusted advisor on cloud financial optimization
- Proven hands-on experience in FinOps - required
- Background in economics; a degree in economics is a strong plus
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Customer Service
- Comfortable working with cloud billing data and cost analysis
- Knowledge of AWS and/or Azure - a significant advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a team-oriented mindset
- Candidates must be fluent in English*
