Shavit is growing- and we're looking for a Team Lead to manage and mentor our amazing sourcing & tech recruitment team!This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in managing people in service, sales, sourcing, or call center environments, who's passionate about people, processes, and performance.What You'll Do:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tech sourcers and recruiters
Oversee daily workflows, KPIs, and candidate quality
Provide hands-on guidance and feedback to team members
Drive performance, creativity, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing efforts with business needs
Take ownership of recruitment pipelines, ensuring excellent candidate experience
Bring a service-oriented and sales-driven approach to candidate engagement

What You Bring:

Experience in leading teams- from service, call center, sourcing, or sales environments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for people, processes, and motivation
Experience in recruitment or sourcing- a plus, but not a must
Proactive, goal-oriented, and a natural team player
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
High-level Hebrew and English- both spoken and written
