Our Tel Aviv office in the Tel Aviv port offers an incredible buzz, annual trips, team events, personal development opportunities, and performance media education as some of the perks of working with us.About the RoleAdcore is seeking a motivated and client-focused Client Implementation & Success Manager to join our growing SaaS product team at Proposaly.io - an all-in-one B2B platform for creating, sharing, signing, and closing proposals, faster.In this role, you will lead the post-sale journey for new clients and partners, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, successful implementation, and long-term product value. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to build scalable processes, support adoption, and drive customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that sits at the heart of Proposaly's growth and client success.What You'll Be Doing
  • Own the full post-sale experience for Proposaly partners and clients-from initial onboarding through long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage relationships with external implementation partners to ensure timely and high-quality rollouts that meet brand and product standards.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Product, Sales, Support, and Marketing) to quickly address the needs of partners and clients and deliver measurable value.
  • Develop and improve scalable onboarding processes, documentation, and success playbooks to facilitate the rapid growth of partners and clients.
  • Monitor adoption, product usage, and satisfaction metrics, taking proactive measures to boost engagement and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners and key clients, aligning Proposaly's features with their business goals and maximizing the platform's value.
  • Identify upsell, expansion, and renewal opportunities with the sales team to boost long-term revenue growth.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Field - A Must.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Post-Sales roles within a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record working with B2B clients, preferably in the SMB or mid-market segments.
  • Excellent project management skills - organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Experience managing both clients and external implementation or delivery partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated individual who excels in a startup setting.
