- Own the full post-sale experience for Proposaly partners and clients-from initial onboarding through long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with external implementation partners to ensure timely and high-quality rollouts that meet brand and product standards.
- Work closely with internal teams (Product, Sales, Support, and Marketing) to quickly address the needs of partners and clients and deliver measurable value.
- Develop and improve scalable onboarding processes, documentation, and success playbooks to facilitate the rapid growth of partners and clients.
- Monitor adoption, product usage, and satisfaction metrics, taking proactive measures to boost engagement and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners and key clients, aligning Proposaly's features with their business goals and maximizing the platform's value.
- Identify upsell, expansion, and renewal opportunities with the sales team to boost long-term revenue growth.
- Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Field - A Must.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Post-Sales roles within a SaaS company.
- Proven track record working with B2B clients, preferably in the SMB or mid-market segments.
- Excellent project management skills - organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Experience managing both clients and external implementation or delivery partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated individual who excels in a startup setting.
