Join us in reshaping enterprise knowledge and customer communication management.We are looking for a passionate Head of Research to lead the research department and our breakthrough AI products, and move the company towards becoming the next global AI Assistant for Enterprise.What you'll be responsible for:

Full ownership of recruitment: building and executing our hiring strategy, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, enhancing the candidate experience, and leading employer branding initiatives
Building HR infrastructure and processes: onboarding, organizational culture, manager development, feedback cycles, and more
Partnering closely with the leadership team and across departments to establish a strong organizational foundation that supports our scaling journey
Leading cross-company HR initiatives and playing a key role in shaping the company culture

Requirements:

5-7 years of experience in HR management roles, with a strong emphasis on recruitment
Significant experience working with startups - a major advantage
Ability to work independently while being an integral partner to the leadership team
Strategic thinking, a hands-on approach, and the ability to build and drive processes from scratch
