- This is a temporary, full-time position for approximately 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
- Partner with managers to understand team needs and translate them into strategic people solutions.
- Coach and support managers and leaders at all levels to strengthen managerial and leadership capabilities and ensure high-quality, consistent management across teams.
- Support and drive HR programs focused on performance, recognition, and employee engagement.
- Champion change management by ensuring clear, effective communication that helps employees align with company strategy and navigate organizational shifts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate to employees, promoting a healthy, inclusive, and respectful culture.
- Own and drive all aspects of the employee journey, including onboarding, performance processes, and offboarding.
- Partner with Finance on headcount planning, compensation processes, and budget alignment.
- Analyze HR metrics and employee feedback to identify patterns, track impact, and guide decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Israeli labor law and internal HR policies.
- 5+ years of HRBP experience, preferably in fast-paced startup or tech environments.
- Proven ability to drive HR strategy and support senior leadership through organizational change.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust at all levels.
- Experience managing people processes such as performance reviews, engagement initiatives, and employee relations cases.
- Comfort and familiarity using AI tools to improve HR workflows, analytics, and communication.
- Strong partnership with finance teams on headcount planning, compensation, and budgeting.
- Solid understanding of Israeli labor law and HR compliance.
- Independent, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
