- Lead full-cycle recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a world-class candidate experience from first touch to offer stage.
- Source exceptional talent: Use creative strategies to identify and engage top candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and more.
- Screen and assess: Evaluate resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Champion the opportunity: Communicate our mission, values, and growth potential with enthusiasm-you're not just filling roles, you're selling a vision.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with hiring managers to define roles, schedule interviews, collect feedback, and drive the hiring process to successful outcomes.
- Deliver a standout candidate experience: Create a smooth, transparent, and respectful process for every candidate.
- Keep data sharp: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), using data to inform hiring decisions and process improvements.
- Minimum of five years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Minimum of two years of experience in global hiring.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address recruitment challenges.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
