- Preparation and Leadership of Forecasts Emphasize the importance of preparing and leading forecasts, while collaborating with colleagues from local, regional and global management.
- Develop and implement strategic work plans for product launches, including in-depth market analysis, Identify and leverage market opportunities
- Strong and ongoing collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout the year, including Access, Medical, and Regulatory departments
- The ability to manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) on a national and global scale is essential
- Facilitate strategic collaborations with global teams
- Engage in key stakeholder management and build strong relationships within the healthcare system (Sickfunds, MOH etc.)
- Marketing Plan Development Create marketing strategies to promote products, including market analysis, identifying target audiences, and generating marketing content. Lead the development of marketing strategies and promotional plans to ensure successful product launches
- Map the market across all relevant dimensions, including patient journeys, competition, and marketing messages
- Work with flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and agile environment
- Monitor and analyze product performance and market trends to make data-driven decisions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Budget Management Responsible for creating and managing the budget allocated for products, including tracking and reporting expenditures.
- Depth of Knowledge and Scientific Understanding A high level of scientific understanding is required, with the ability to shape the ecosystem and lead significant changes in therapeutic paradigms across various fields
- Experience in product management and product launches
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across various departments
