As a Partner Success Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding partner relationships through outstanding commercial support and sales enablement. Develop and maintain relationships with PV & BESS sales channels, strategic accounts, EPC’s and other renewable energy companies.
You’ll actively support the sales process end-to-end, help identify new business opportunities, and deliver strategic guidance to partners to maximize their success.
Providing product and sales training, assisting with technical service-related inquiries, and ensuring a smooth service delivery experience. You will collaborate closely with the relevant technical product managers and cross-functional teams across Europe to align commercial goals and deliver value-added solutions.Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with installers, EPC’s and renewable energy companies to drive mutual success.
- Design and execute training programs for both existing and potential partners to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed.
- Supporting partners and distributors in service delivery.
- Drive company growth and consistently meet customer satisfaction targets.
- Ensure the successful delivery of Sungrow solutions, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
- Collaborate in the creation and execution of effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to partner needs.
- Co-create value propositions based on customer and market insights and forecasting.
- Actively identify new sales opportunities, follow up on leads, and convert them into long-term partners.
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial sales/ technical sales, with a strong track record in industries such as renewable energy, industrial technology, or engineering solutions.
- Fluency in both English and Hebrew.
- Strong technical knowledge in renewable energy solutions or power electronics industry.
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver impactful presentations that influence decision-makers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build long term relationships with all organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to details.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
- Problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent office skills including ppt, excel and word.
