The role involves a combination of in-office and remote work. The day-to-day tasks include managing customer relationships, optimizing customer success strategies, developing business opportunities, conducting market research, and collaborating with sales and support teams to achieve company targets.Qualifications

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Success skills
Business Development and entrepreneurial spirit
Proficiency in Sales and Support team collaboration
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing customer base
Ability to work independently and manage hybrid work arrangements
Experience with AI-driven platforms is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
