- Be the high-level focal point: Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Content, Support, and multiple CyberProAI business units so everyone rows in the same direction.
- Lead internal product syncs: Organize and drive recurring roadmap and feature-scoping meetings; translate customer pain points into clear, prioritized action items.
- Run killer demos & workshops: Tailor live demonstrations, onboard cohorts of instructors, and host recurring “Ask-Me-Anything” sessions that showcase our advanced AI tooling.
- Own setup & integration: Create org accounts, connect SSO/LMS (Canvas, Moodle, etc.), import or build course libraries, and fine-tune AI quotas for each client.
- Drive customer health: Monitor log-ins, exercise completion rates, exam pass rates, and other KPIs; flag churn risks and propose upsells or new tracks.
- Triage & troubleshoot: Solve everyday issues (password resets, IDE errors, API limits) and escalate deep bugs to developers-fast.
- Fuel the roadmap: Funnel feature requests to Product, run betas with select customers, and convert real-world feedback into polished specs.
- 4-6 years in technical support, customer success, or solutions engineering for a SaaS or EdTech product.
- Fluency in coding concepts and AI terminology; you can hold your own with developers and data scientists.
- First-class communicator in English (Hebrew or other languages a plus).
- Organized, self-directed, and energized by helping people “get it.”
- Adept at juggling stakeholders from classroom teachers to CTOs-and knowing when to switch gears.
