- Oversee daily administrative operations and office management
- Support employee needs, including ordering office supplies, managing the welfare budget, organizing happy hours and company events
- Assist in onboarding processes for new employees
- Handle invoices, vendor payments, and monthly reporting to the accounting team
- Serve as the point of contact for external partners - accountants, suppliers, clients, etc.
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (military administrative service counts)
- Fluent in both Hebrew and English - must
- Strong interpersonal skills, service-oriented mindset, and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of working independently
