- A cross-company OD strategy that supports and drives business goals.
- Tailored programs and training for managerial and employee development, aligned with organizational needs.
- Scalable best practices across the HR organization that maintain Paragon's personalized and tailored HR approach.
- Own and manage an annual OD work plan: conduct gap analysis, plan initiatives, develop content, manage vendors and budgets, and drive continuous improvement
- Conduct organizational assessments in collaboration with HR and business leaders to identify key strengths, development areas, and opportunities across business units
- Develop and implement strategic, company-wide change management plans to support key organizational transitions and initiatives
- Create measurement mechanisms and define metrics to assess the effectiveness of OD and HR programs
- Design and deliver leadership development programs to strengthen capabilities at all levels of management
- Lead the development and implementation of an inspiring, comprehensive talent development and company culture strategy
- Analyze organizational data and trends to inform strategies for growth, engagement, and career development
- Build and manage a learning framework and training budget to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- 5+ years of experience in a dedicated Organizational Development role
- Proven strategic capabilities and experience in leading organizational development processes that are strongly connected to business goals
- Preferred: Experience building an OD function from the ground up
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Experience in designing and leading people development initiatives and workshops
- Independent, with a high sense of ownership and accountability
- Proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude
