- Own the technical journey of partners (MSPs, MSSPs), ensuring smooth onboarding, deployment, and enablement.
- Provide technical guidance and training to help partners maximize product value.
- Monitor partner health, analyze trends, and ensure feature adoption.
- Lead cadence calls and participate in EBRs to align with partners on technical goals.
- Address and resolve technical issues, collaborating with internal teams (Support, R&D, Product).
- Collect partner feedback and provide insights to influence product development.
- Ensure best practices are followed to improve overall partner success.
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer, SOC Analyst
- Strong cybersecurity background, preferably with experience in a startup environment.
- Experience working with security vendors and partner ecosystems (MSPs, MSSPs, resellers).
- Technical proficiency, with the ability to translate complex topics for non-technical audiences.
- Data-driven mindset, using analytics to monitor partner health and drive adoption.
- Fluent Hebrew and English speaker (mandatory)
