- Own the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple roles, focus on R&D hiring.
- Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand team needs and define hiring strategies.
- Proactively source, engage, and nurture top talent through a variety of channels.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to offer stage.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Track and report on key hiring metrics and continuously optimize processes.
- 5-6 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in high-growth startups.
- Strong hands-on experience sourcing and hiring R&D roles (software engineers, DevOps, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with attention to detail and speed.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong hands-on experience with ATS tools (Comeet experience is a plus).
- Experience with observability companies- Big advantage
- Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
