- Lead full-cycle recruitment for key, strategic, and executive-level roles.
- Build and execute talent strategies that support business objectives.
- Partner closely with leadership to define hiring plans and talent priorities.
- Serve as a mentor, promoting best practices and driving talent KPIs.
- Use data and recruitment metrics to improve and optimize processes continuously.
- Deliver an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Lead strategic talent initiatives, including employer branding and diversity hiring programs.
- Optimize tools, workflows, and sourcing strategies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- 5-6 years of recruitment experience in a SaaS startup environment, hiring across R&D and Sales functions.
- Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
- Experience recruiting candidates globally within a multinational context.
- Skilled in sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and crafting effective Boolean search strings.
- Strong interview capabilities, with an ability to assess both technical and cultural fit.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with ATS systems (Comeet experience is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Data-driven approach, with experience analyzing recruitment metrics and adapting strategies to drive better outcomes.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken, with outstanding communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
