- Planning and Execution: Plan, organize, and execute employee experience initiatives and events, ensuring they align with company goals and culture to foster a positive work environment.
- Employee Wellbeing: Manage employee wellbeing routine processes Including welcoming new employees, life cycle gifts, etc.
- Workplace Culture & Communication: Promote a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company's values and mission, and that reflects and upholds the company's core values.
- Office Environment: Take care of the office's “look & feel”, ensure a pleasant work environment. Operate and management all aspects of office logistics and suppliers, including food supplies, office supplies & office maintenance.
- Front Desk Management: Take full responsibility for front desk activities. Greet, assist and direct candidates, visitors and employees.
- Executive Assistance: Work closely and assist our CEO with all relevant administrative work, logistics, managing calendar and meetings.
- Managing the meeting rooms' Calanders & operation, assistance with meeting scheduling and
- Budget and Payments Tracking: Manage the office and welfare budget, ensuring expenses are tracked and kept within budgetary limits, including submitting and tracking invoices.
- HR Admin responsibilities' including supporting Onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Experience in similar position within a startup/high-tech company - advantage
- Availability to work full time from the office (with flexibility):
- Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and verbal), with excellent communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Drive/Office applications, including Google Sheets/Excel.
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
