- Oversee the purchasing of food, office supplies, and anything employees need.
- Handle daily office operations, including managing the supplier's relations.
- Manage onboarding tasks, including setting up bank details, email addresses, and opening company's accounts with IT assistance.
- Assist employees with requests to ensure their needs are met.
- Manage KYC/KYB documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Plan and execute team activities, happy hours, and celebrations to maintain a lively, supportive culture.
- Work closely with our events and conferences team.

- Fluent English skills
- Experience in office management - Must have.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a people-first attitude.
