- Oversee the daily operations of the office to maintain a productive, welcoming, and fun work environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs proactively.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees, visitors, office vendors, suppliers, and other partners.
- Support company operations, including travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Develop and implement initiatives that promote employee well-being such as office events, volunteer programs, and team-building activities.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, openness, and positive communication across the office.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Welfare Manager, or similar administrative role, ideally in a startup or tech environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- A people person wit outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to anticipate needs.
- Experience planning and coordinating welfare programs or employee engagement activities is an advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Office and other relevant office management tools.
- Proficiency in both Hebrew and English, written and spoken.
