Enterprise Technical Account Manager

- You'll help solve technical questions related to Guesty's APIs, webhooks, 3rd party integrations, as well as new feature complexities.
- Investigate and resolve customer requests and queries through the use of varied ticketing, content, and task management tools.
- Advise Enterprise clients on Guesty's best practices on API implementation
- Lead personal/team projects such as designing & developing new internal tools and processes
- Create internal knowledge base articles to improve our solve time and client satisfaction.
- Escalate and resolve issues with the Product and Engineering teams.
- We are searching for 3+ years of experience support engineers
- Experience with Postman, Chrome DevTools, or any equivalent
- Experience with MongoDB queries.
- REST API knowledge
- JavaScript/coding experience - a big plus
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially with complex technical problems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High proficiency in English (reading, speaking & writing) - Must!
- A demonstrated track record of providing prompt and compassionate customer care, using your well-rounded technical and analytical skills.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 13:00 to 22:00 IL time.
- Experience in AI methodology and tools in the CX world. An advantage
