- 3 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Technical/Product Support Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Customer Success roles with direct customer responsibility - mandatory.
- Experience troubleshooting and navigating Linux environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - mandatory.
- Understanding of network concepts and protocols
- Experience writing and executing MySQL queries for troubleshooting or data analysis.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, including secure configurations, access controls, and understanding security implications in troubleshooting scenarios.
- Comfortable writing scripts to automate processes.
- Experience managing enterprise customer relationships, including engagement with senior stakeholders.
