- Leading recruitment and onboarding processes
- Supporting employee wellbeing and team engagement
- Calendar management, scheduling, and coordination
- Assisting with HR and operational processes across the company
- Providing day-to-day support to the CEO - including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and ongoing coordination.
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Experience in recruitment or a relevant degree - a plus, not a must
- A sharp mind, big heart, and the ability and passion to get things done - fast
- Attention to detail and strong multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English - spoken and written
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools - solid proficiency in all Office / Google drive tools is a must
