- Run daily office operations in TLV: supplies, vendors, logistics, space, facilities, and the overall vibe.
- Be the anchor of our workplace experience: create a warm, functional, and welcoming environment that supports our employees every day.
- Execute employee experience programs from happy hours, gifting to wellness initiatives, and global celebrations, offsites to remote engagement and personal milestones.
- Coordinate business travel: flights, hotels, itineraries, and budgets across teams and time zones.
- Support global employee experience efforts (NY, London) in collaboration with the broader People team.
- Own the details that make people feel seen, supported, and proud to be part of Justt, from onboarding to celebrations and moments that matter.
- Take initiative and bring new ideas to improve the employee's day-to-day experience.
- 2+ years in a similar role at a startup or high-tech company.
- Full professional English and strong communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets, logistics, and vendors.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and strong organizational skills.
- Hands-on mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for people.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Work model - 4 days in-office, 1 day remote.
